RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Ilavali.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving them, in accordance with the terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 15 calendar days from the date you received your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • The item is in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or labels.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Gift cards or digital goods.

  • Items purchased during final-sale or clearance promotions clearly marked as non-returnable.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Notify our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and, once approved, provide instructions for returning the product or receiving a replacement.

All shipping costs related to damaged or incorrect products will be covered by Ilavali.


4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number, the reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable).

  3. After review, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the return address.

  4. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

⚠️ Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, etc.).

  • Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Depending on your payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear in your account.


6. Exchanges

We currently support exchanges for the same product type or equivalent value, subject to stock availability.

and specify the replacement product desired.

Customers may be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with exchanges.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your payment provider, as processing may take additional time.
